Returns Policy
In line with DISTANCE SELLING LAWS we are obliged to set out our policy for the return of goods as follows.
In the unlikley event that goods are faulty, please advise us, and return them, we will exchange them for another, or refund you at your choice, excluding any and all postage costs. Returned items will be at your own expense. Please find returns address on back of packaging or email us at enquiries@myspecialharness.com;
We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction and believe that our products are of the highest quality are fit for purpose and of merchantable quality. For “faulty” goods that do not match our high standards we will refund you as above.
